Delete your account All personal data is permanently removed, including your profile, recommendations, notes, saved places and connections.
Open Krets → Profile tab → Settings (⚙) → Account → Delete account
Reset your password
Open the login screen → tap Forgot password? → enter your email → check your inbox and click the link.

FAQ

I did not receive a confirmation or reset email
Check your spam or junk folder first — emails from a new domain sometimes land there. If the email still hasn't arrived after a few minutes, tap Resend confirmation email on the signup screen, or start the Forgot password? flow again to trigger a new reset link. If you continue to have trouble, email us at krets.places@gmail.com.
How do I delete my account?
Open Krets → Profile tab → Settings (⚙) → Account → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm before anything is deleted. Deletion is permanent and removes all your personal data, recommendations and connections.
What data does Krets store?
Krets stores your email address, display name, optional username and bio, the places you recommend or save, any notes you write, any photo you add to a recommendation, and your connections (who you follow). Place photos are fetched from Google Places — Krets does not store those — but a photo you add to a recommendation is uploaded by you and stored privately by Krets, shown only to your circle. Your device location is used only to sort results by distance and is never sent to our servers. See the full Privacy Policy for details.
How do I report a problem?
Email krets.places@gmail.com and describe what happened. Include the app version if you can (shown in your device's App Info), and the steps to reproduce the issue. Screenshots are always helpful.
